Our Approach
Top Level Strength (TLS) refutes the notion that strength training has to be an aggressive, maniacal practice. TLS believes that strength training must be performed in a responsible, sustainable way.
When performed methodically over a meaningful period of time, strength training has many physiological benefits in addition to increased strength and muscle gains. See our “Why Strength Training?” for more info.
